Careers
We are a growing local window installation business looking for dependable people who take pride in residential work. We value practical skills, attention to detail, good communication, and respect for customers' homes.
What We Look For
- Care about the work. We want people who take pride in doing windows installation properly, not just quickly.
- Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
- Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
- Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
- Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.
Experience in windows installation or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.
