• Straight talk with customers. You will be in someone's home or business explaining what you found. Plain language beats jargon.
• Reliability. Showing up when you said you would matters more here than any single line on a resume.
• Respect for the property. Protecting the space, cleaning up, and leaving it better than you found it.
• Safety, every time. Following safe practice is part of the job, not an extra.

Experience in windows installation or a related trade helps. If you have the attitude and not yet the trade experience, say so, because we do train.

Window Installation Technician

Help with residential window removal, preparation, installation, finishing, cleanup, and final checks on projects throughout the Chicago area.

Qualifications

• Residential construction or remodeling experience is preferred
• Comfort using common hand and power tools
• Strong attention to measurements and installation details
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
• Professional, respectful communication with homeowners

Window Installation Apprentice

Learn the fundamentals of residential window replacement while assisting experienced team members with preparation, installation, finishing, and jobsite organization.

Qualifications

• Interest in learning residential construction
• Strong willingness to follow instructions and safety practices
• Comfort working with tools or eagerness to learn
• Good punctuality and dependable work habits
• Ability to work respectfully in occupied homes

Project Coordinator

Help keep residential window projects organized by communicating with homeowners, tracking project details, coordinating schedules, and making sure important information reaches the field team.

• Comfort managing multiple project details
• Customer-service experience is helpful
• Familiarity with residential construction is a plus
